We are aware of a small number of clients having issues reaching our services, we believe this to be related to a third party connectivity issue but our team are investigating and we will update again as soon as we have confirmation.

We’ve now analysed the issues from this morning and confirm the fault affected customers using ISPs who do not have a BGP peering relationship with us. General traffic passed through the DDOS protection service Cloudflare who had a network issue between 7:57 and 8:20 BST today. As a major provider this is unusual and unlikely to reoccur but we will be monitoring their updates for any follow up actions that may be necessary.
